Data in the tool

HTML/results stay in the open tab's memory. Closing or reloading clears them. Worker messages are internal browser processing, not network uploads. JSON-LD results retain syntax and recognized types rather than raw profiles. Headings and metadata may themselves contain personal information; review reports before sharing.

Files and reports

You choose an HTML file. It is not uploaded, and the tool cannot access other local files. A printable/PDF report is saved only through your own browser dialog. Reports are not sent to Windsor Nordic.

Website visits and hosting

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit a page, Cloudflare processes ordinary connection details, including your IP address and HTTP request information, to deliver and protect the site. Technical processing and retention follow Cloudflare service terms and data protection policy; we do not promise hosting without technical logs. HTML you analyze in the tool is not included in these requests. Windsor Nordic is responsible for this SEO tool; contact [email protected] about personal data and your rights. The domain and contact email are managed through one.com; analyzed HTML is not sent there either.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

This version adds no analytics, advertising scripts, cookies or local browser storage. Browsing is not measured. Any later advertisements on ordinary web pages require separate approval and privacy/consent assessment. The extension contains no advertising.

Official sources and Windsor Nordic's website open only when you choose a link and have their own terms. Extension permissions provide user-triggered access to the chosen page; browsing history is not collected.

Browser extension: local processing of the selected page

Windsor Nordic SEO Inspector uses page information only for the visible SEO feature when you activate the extension and start an analysis. It processes the selected page URL, title, metadata, headings, image/link properties, social metadata, a bounded structured-data summary and aggregate content counts. URLs, headings and metadata can contain personal or confidential information. The extension does not build a browsing-history list or use the browser history API.

The extension does not read form values, passwords or cookies. Form, editable and marked-hidden content is excluded from text counts and headings. Full body prose and raw JSON-LD are not retained in reports. This does not guarantee that other metadata is free of personal information.

The analyzed URL, page information and results are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded to Windsor Nordic or third parties. Panel results clear on tab changes, navigation or reload. An already opened local report tab retains its report until closed or reloaded. Language/theme choices are not saved in persistent browser storage. The extension has no background analysis, advertisements, tracking, account, database, remotely hosted code or paid analysis API.

Find on page displays a temporary highlight only when you click it; it can be removed and expires automatically. Page content is not automatically fixed. Copy code writes only the selected static example to the clipboard after your click. Reports open locally; printing, PDF saving and further sharing are your choices. Review URLs and metadata before sharing. Your saved files and clipboard may be subject to computer synchronization and other applications.

Optional links to the web tool and guides open only on your click. They carry no audit data, analyzed URL or referrer. Such visits can provide ordinary connection information to the website server as explained in the hosting section.

Windsor Nordic uses local page information only for the described SEO feature. It is not sold, used for advertising, credit decisions or unrelated purposes, or shared with third parties by the extension. Use complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Extension and privacy contact: [email protected]. If you send support email, your address and chosen message content are used to respond. Do not send passwords, tokens or private reports. Contact the same address for access to or deletion of information you sent us; we have no server copy of audits that the extension does not transfer. This description concerns the extension, not a guarantee that your browser, operating system, other extensions or visited websites do not process data.
